Power Vinyasa Yoga
Experience the power of Vinyasa Yoga! This class heats the body from inside out and allows for physical and spiritual breakthroughs. This athletic practice will appeal to your attraction to intensity. This experience centers, lengthens, strengthens and opens you from head to toe. Be prepared to sweat as our room is heated to 85 degrees for increased flexibility and releasing toxins from the body. Sequencing is built around sun salutations. Simple modifications for all levels.
Slow Flow Yoga
This class is for those looking to experience a physically slower paced class. Slow Flow focuses on holding postures and breath while at the same time creating a supple and toned body.
Hot Hot 26 Yoga
This class is a series of 26 postures completed twice in a heated room for 90 minutes. As a physical challenge, this class changes the body’s shape, developing muscle tone and reducing inches. As a mental challenge, it combines the skills of concentration, patience and self-control to improve mental clarity and reduce stress. Overall, you will increase your energy, improve your health, and limit the effects of aging. Classes are suited for all ages and levels of ability.
Kids Yoga (3-5 years) (6-8 years)
Children are guided to explore their natural love of movement in a playful, creative class, designed to enhance coordination, strength, flexibility and FUN!
Tween Yoga (9-12 years)

Gentle Yoga
This is a gentle class that combines yoga postures, breathing, and meditation. This class is geared toward students who wish to move at a slower pace.
Meditation & Breathwork
Working with the mind's tendency to be active, this class will help you achieve better focus, awareness and union with yourself and others. During this one hour class we will explore mindful awareness through asana, pranayama, nidra, guided meditation, chanting, sound vibration and meditative practices from various disciplines.
Prenatal Yoga
This nourishing fluid class is designed for pregnant woman to strengthen and increase flexibility, to support body, heart and mind throughout pregnancy and childbirth.
