Chagrin Yoga is proud to announce the addition of Barre classes starting January 5, 2014!  Barre is a body-changing ballet barre workout that combines graceful ballet, calisthenics, Pilates and yoga. This unique workout builds strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and core awareness all using the grace of ballet and the subtle wisdom of yoga.  Join instructor, Tuni Deignan on Sundays from 12:30 – 1:30 pm, Thursdays 11 am – noon, and Tuesdays 8 am – 9 am to see what this popular workout is all about!
