kids-yogaThe kids are out of school, but that doesn’t mean you can’t come to yoga!  We’ve added three kids classes per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 – 10:45 am.  Chagrin Yoga instructors, Linda and Jennifer will guide your children through the basic postures of yoga in a fun and creative format.  Yoga helps improve coordination, strength and flexibility and is great for kids!  So, be sure to bring the kids along this summer!  View Schedule
