Winter Yoga Nidra Series
With Yoga Therapy Instructor Jennifer Bochik
Please join us for an exploration into the unique and ancient science of Yoga Nidra. Through conscious awareness of the body you will achieve a deep state of relaxation while awake. Each 60 minute class will take you through a progression of gentle stretches to open and prepare the body for deep relaxation. The class will finish with a 25 minute guided Yoga Nidra.
Science has proven that a regular practice of Yoga Nidra will improve overall sleep patterns, relieve chronic pain and calm the nervous system. In addition it will enhance your mental focus and attention span while improving creativity and whole brain functioning.
This class is suitable for anyone! No previous Yoga experience required. Please join us this winter for this powerful and transformational practice. Class pass or regular drop in fees apply. Drop in at your convenience or come to all 4!
