Here at Chagrin Yoga we make a special effort to welcome new students, whether it’s their first yoga class ever, or they’re just new to our studio. We offer all new students the option to choose from two different introductory offers that provide them with 30 days or 14 days of unlimited yoga at a deeply discounted rate. We encourage new students to take full advantage of this offer by trying out as many different class styles and instructors as possible during this time. It’s the perfect time to experiment and find the path just right for you.
During the introductory period, you will have access to our friendly Yoga Advisor, Mary Jo, who will be available to you by phone, email or appointment to answer any questions you have as you begin your journey at Chagrin Yoga.
Our supportive team of highly trained instructors are committed to guiding all students through safe and secure classes and welcome all levels of practice. We offer Yoga Basics classes 7 days a week as well as our Beginner’s Workshops every three months. We encourage beginners to start out with these basics in order to learn the fundamentals of yoga and to build a strong foundation for a life-long practice.

Once you’re comfortable with the basics of breath and alignment, we’ll help you build your practice by recommending intermediate and advanced classes and workshops.
For your first visit, come to the studio about 15 minutes before class. This will give you time to register at the front desk, fill out a waiver, and get prepared. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and water. If you don’t have a yoga mat, we have mats for sale and to rent ($2) at the studio. If you’re taking a warm class, bring a towel or rent one ($2) at the studio – because the more you sweat, the more slippery your mat becomes. Then you’re good to go!
