YOGA BASICS WORKSHOP SERIES
This brand new 4-week yoga basics series is the perfect opportunity to once and for all get over your fear of yoga! It also makes a great gift for a friend or relative who’s been wanting to try yoga and is not sure where to begin.
Explore the elements of yoga from the ground up in a supportive community of new practitioners. Learn how to develop a yoga practice that is safe for you while you build strength, flexibility, and balance for a lifetime. Each week, we’ll explore something new:
Week 1: Sun Salutations, Breathing, and Resting Postures
Week 2: Standing Postures and Balancing
Week 3: Forward Bends and Twists
Week 4: Backbends and Beyond
