Therapeutic Yoga

A slower paced class to develop strength and range of motion. This class is for those ready to:
  • Relieve a tight upper back, achy wrists, shoulder strains, and restricted neck movement
  • Restore range of movement in the hips
  • Release tension in the low back and strengthen core postural muscles
  • Relieve fatigue, anxiety, and other quality of life issues
Combines rehabilitative Pilates, yoga postures, breath work, and meditation.
Power Pilates & Strength

The Power of Meditation

Aerial Yoga

Combines traditional poses with the support of a soft fabric hammock, allowing you to explore movement in a new and approachable way. The hammock supports your body weight, improves balance, and reduces pressure on joints.

No prior aerial experience, extreme flexibility, or advanced fitness level required. Designed with beginners in mind with options for all bodies.
Vinyasa Flow

For all levels, simple modifications offered. A creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. Focuses on moving smoothly between postures with each breath. Sequencing is built around sun salutations.
Power Vinyasa

Faster paced than Vinyasa Yoga, focusing on strength, endurance, and sweating. Poses are often held for longer, with core work and higher-intensity movements. Sequencing is built around sun salutations.
Heated Mat Pilates

A 50 minute class of slow, controlled movements targeting your stabilizing muscles. An all-levels class in a heated room.
Bikram Basics

100°F · High Humidity
A 60 minute introduction to Bikram Yoga style with a little less heat and shorter holds. Still an intense, sweaty workout. Come hydrated with extra water and a large towel to cover your entire mat.
Bikram Hot Style Yoga

A 90 minute class based on Bikram Yoga — a repeated sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated environment. An intense, sweaty workout that moves slowly and is accessible to people of all ages, fitness, and flexibility levels.

No push-ups or downward dog postures — great for people with shoulder problems. Come well hydrated with extra water and a large towel.
